Security Dispatcher (Primary) / Security Guard (Field Support)

Looking for a role where you’re actively involved in security operations—not just standing post?

We’re hiring a Security Dispatcher to support field operations, manage communications, and help keep everything running smoothly. This is a dispatch-first position, with occasional field work as a Security Guard when coverage is needed.

Schedule & Pay

• Late swing shifts and graveyard shifts
• Weekends required
• $19 – $21/hour
• Overtime available

What You’ll Do

Primary Focus – Dispatch Support

• Handle phone and digital communications with clients and officers
• Dispatch officers to calls for service and incidents
• Support supervisors by tracking field activity and coverage
• Relay critical updates clearly and quickly
• Maintain accurate logs and communication records

Secondary – Security Guard / Field Support (When Needed)

• Conduct foot patrols when deployed to the field
• Write incident, patrol, and maintenance reports
• Enforce property rules and handle parking violations
• Maintain a visible presence when deployed

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communicator who stays calm under pressure
• Able to multitask and stay organized
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Comfortable with phones, radios, and basic computer systems
• Typing speed 40+ WPM (Test will be given)

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• High School diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with limited points on driving record (required for approval to drive company vehicles)
• Must be able to pass background check (DOJ/FBI)
• BSIS Guard Card (or willing to obtain)
• Available nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physically able to perform patrol duties when needed
