Archon Protection, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Security Field Training Officer (FTO) to join our leadership team. The FTO plays a key role in maintaining field quality, ensuring consistency in performance, and providing hands-on training to new and current security personnel. This position is field-based and directly supports the company’s operational and training standards.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct field training for new hires and existing officers.

• Reinforce company policies, post orders, and security procedures through in-person coaching.

• Conduct on-site inspections and provide constructive feedback to officers.

• Ensure reports, patrols, and documentation are completed accurately.

• Observe and document officer performance, communicating strengths and areas of improvement to Supervisors and Management.

• Serve as a field mentor, promoting professionalism, safety, and company values.

• Support operational needs, including coverage and emergency response when required.

• Act as a liaison between field staff and management to maintain high service standards.

Basic Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old (per BPC Section 7582.8)
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid California Guard Card issued by BSIS (or willing to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Basic computer literacy and ability to type at least 35 WPM (typing test required during interview)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Physically able to walk or stand for extended periods
• Available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Professional demeanor, punctuality, and attention to detail
