Job Summary:
The Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. This role involves handling office tasks, coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and assisting employees with general administrative needs.

- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Maintain and update office records, files, and databases.
- Handle employee schedule changes.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle office supply inventory, ordering, and restocking as needed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects.
- Ensure office equipment, such as printers and computers, are in working condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
This role requires high skills levels in organization, customer service, self-motivation, time management, attention to detail, and a commitment to company success.

- Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong computer usage knowledge (Microsoft Office) and ability to type at least 45 WPM.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
